We are looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant to help organize our Executive’s schedule, travel arrangements and complex daily activities. The Virtual Assistant has to perform a variety of tasks that involve coordination, communication and collaboration. Excellent organizational ability is essential due to the great amount of information handled. Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, a degree of computer knowledge is required. The goal is to contribute to the efficient execution of personal and business tasks, as well as meeting specific deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Assist the team with a variety of tasks, such as conducting research, drafting correspondence and scheduling meetings.
Schedule administration and household errands (laundry, gardening etc.).
Receive and take messages for absence or urgent situations.
Liaise between business partners and company departments.
Create and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking hotels and flights, manage itineraries and arrange for transfers.
Plan events (e.g. organize speakers for conferences).
Provide administrative support for all business activities (e.g. process orders, prepare presentations etc.).
Organize business trips, keeping track of expenses.
Arrange interviews with vendors and candidates.
Handle incoming or outgoing deliveries (supplies and goods).
Prepare reports., letters of recommendation or other documents for business clients.
Manage delegated accounts.
